Mug Cake
Ingredients
¼ cup (30g) (60ml) Flour
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
¼ teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoons sugar
Pinch of salt
¼ cup (60ml) milk
2 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon chocolate spread.
Instructions
Mix all ingredients (EXCEPT the chocolate spread) in a bowl until smooth.
Pour mixture into a mug.
Drop the chocolate spread into the mixture (DO NOT MIX IN)
Put in the microwave for 70 seconds for a 900w
Take out of the microwave – leave for 30 seconds/minute and then enjoy!
Be careful as it will be HOT.
