This week we are joined by some very special guests for our PE! 

 

Follow their workouts for your fitness today! Try to make sure you do a combination of activities and be active for at least 30-45 minutes. Remember to take some mini breaks in-between activities. There are the usual links as well below our guest videos!

If you would like to be our guest stars next week then why not think about creating your own workout to follow and record yourself doing it at home. Send them into us and you may well appear in our next PE session!
