Watch the video and have a go at completing the challenges. They get harder as you go.
Can you do every one without falling over?
These challenges are easy to set up at home and can be changed to suit you.
You could use more or less obstacles.
You could use higher obstacles to hop and jump over.
You could make your obstacles go in a circle.
Once you have practiced, you could time yourself to see how quickly you can do them all. You could even have a race with somebody at home. I suggest racing a toddler with short legs (if you have one) as they are easier to win against.
Extra challenge - can you make a similar video with some physical activities that are easy to set up at home?
Try to make them get harder as you go.
If you can video them and send them to the year 3 email address, you could even end up being the P.E. video for next week.
